Royal Enfield’s new Bullet 650 is now available, priced £6,749.
The Bullet, one of the world’s oldest motorcycles in continuous production, now gets the 46bhp 650cc twin engine.
Its vintage-inspired bench seat, traditional nacelle and commanding upright riding stance stay true to the signature Bullet silhouette.
This year marks Royal Enfield’s 125th anniversary and celebrating being the world’s oldest motorcycling brand in continuous production since 1901.
The Bullet 650, finished in cannon black, has a sumptuous 800mm bench seat, raised handlebars, Showa suspension, 18in rear and 19in front wheels, signature teardrop tank with winged badges and casquette-mounted LED headlamp complete with ‘tiger-eye’ pilot lamps first seen on Royal Enfields in 1954.
A clean instrument cluster combines analogue charm and modern function with digital LCD readouts for fuel, trip, gear position and service reminders.
Meanwhile, Royal Enfield’s Himalayan 450 has had its strongest year for global sales. Annual sales were up more than 53%, excluding its India home market.
The sales boost comes as the Himalayan adventure motorbike celebrates 10 years of production. It marked Royal Enfield’s entry into the 400cc segment in 2016 with the Himalayan 450 launched in 2023.
Himalayan 450 sales outside India totalled more than 9,600 in 2023 but latest annual global sales topped 38,000.
Royal Enfield, global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment, has been ranked third strongest auto brand in the world by Brand Finance, in its Automotive Industry 2026 report.
Royal Enfield achieved a Brand Strength Index score of 88.9 out of 100 with an AAA rating, while recording a 30% surge in brand value to 1.2 billion US dollars.
