Please follow rules when showroom reopens

It is all systems go to reopen our showroom again this month and we hope you’re as excited as we are.

Customers are set to be allowed back into the revamped showroom and parts department on Monday 12 April but we’ll all still be subject to Covid-19 regulations.

Director Dave Willis said: “We’ll be delighted to welcome customers back into the showroom but we urge them to comply with our Covid guidelines.”

Measures to keep customers and staff safe include:

  • Wearing a mask, unless you are exempt
  • Maintaining two-metre social distancing
  • A one-way system marked out around the showroom
  • Separate entrance and exit routes for the parts department counter
  • Conveniently-placed hand sanitiser
  • Not sitting on, or touching, motorbikes on display without asking a member of staff. This is so we can sanitise the motorbike afterwards
  • Not congregating in groups. The refreshments area will unfortunately have to remain closed to customers
  • The male and female toilets will be closed, because they could be used by more than one person at the same time, but customers can use the disabled one
  • If you want to try on clothing or protective helmets please ask a member of the parts department team. This is because those items must be quarantined for a set time afterwards

“We’ll be doing everything we can to keep people safe and would ask them to do the same,” added Dave.

“Unfortunately we can’t organise any events yet but we’re able to see that the calendar is now starting to open up.

“We’ll be at the Copdock Bike Show, scheduled for Sunday 19 September, and we’re waiting to hear about other shows that could be going ahead now restrictions are being eased.”

We also hope to host a demo day, either from the dealership or a rural venue, when we’re allowed to.
