Our first KTM open day after two-year delay

It’s more than two years since we took on the KTM street bikes franchise but our launch plans coincided with the arrival of Covid.

Our plans for a KTM-supported open day had to be put on hold… until now.

With Covid restrictions lifting, KTM will be bringing its roadshow display lorry and a range of bikes from its comprehensive test fleet to our dealership on Saturday 4 June. Our dealer demo KTMs will also be available for accompanied rides so we hope to have the full range of street bikes covered.

It will give riders a chance to try the latest models including the 1290 Super Duke GT.

We also have a dealer demo day on Saturday 14 May which will focus on our Kawasaki and Suzuki brands but visitors will also be able to ride some of our KTM demo bikes.

Director Dave Willis said: “We took on the KTM street bikes franchise in December 2019 and had planned a big launch the following spring. And then Covid hit.”

So this is our first dedicated KTM event at the showroom although KTM brought its roadshow lorry and motorbikes to our stand at the East Anglian Copdock Bike Show at Trinity Park, Ipswich last September.

The KTM open day will include special offers and test-ride incentives.

We’ll bring you updates about the KTM open day and how to book test ride in future newsletters.
