New models finally arriving after delays

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a knock-on effect on the supply of new motorbikes but the 2021 model-year Kawasakis have recently started to arrive at our dealership.

New models are traditionally launched from October onwards but everything is three or four months behind because of forced factory closures and supply issues hitting production.

Sales manager Mark Trench said the 2021 model year KTM and Kawasaki motorbikes had only arrived recently in the showroom and some customers have also been waiting longer than usual for their new motorbike.

With 2021 Suzuki motorbikes trickling through too, we just need to get the showroom open on 12 April, as planned, so people can see them in the metal.

“We’re still waiting for some orders for motorbikes. The 2021 bikes are now starting to come through.

“Normally we’d have most of the new bikes in the showroom by now but lots have been delayed,” he added.

We now have stock for both colours of the new 2021 Versys 1000 S adventure tourer and the 2021 Ninja 1000 SX sports tourer with three colours to choose from.

The Versys 1000 S is a new addition to the popular adventure motorbike line-up and is available in Emerald Blazed Green or Pearl Storm Gray, both in combination with Metallic Diablo Black and Metallic Flat Spark Black.

Meanwhile, the Ninja 1000SX has three colour options for 2021. Riders can choose between Metallic Carbon Gray or Metallic Moondust Gray, both with Metallic Diablo Black, or Emerald Blazed Green with Metallic Diablo Black and Metallic Graphite Gray.

The 2021 Z900RS continues with its Candytone Green livery but is also available in Metallic Spark Black and Ebony.

The 2021 Ninja 125, available from May, will be in a Lime Green, Ebony and Pearl Blizzard White colour scheme for the new season.
