We are launching two new customer experience evenings in the run-up to Christmas.
The dealership will host Thursday late-night opening ahead of Christmas on 3, 10 and 17 December from 6pm to 8pm.
We will also run basic motorbike maintenance and care sessions at the dealership on the first two Thursday evenings so you combine learning some bike-care techniques with getting Christmas gifts and gift vouchers.
We will run two maintenance classes on the evenings of 3 and 10 December from 6pm to 7pm and 7pm to 8pm, each with a maximum of 15 people so you need to pre-book a slot.
We’ve never opened late in the run-up to Christmas, nor held maintenance advice sessions, so they’re exciting new additions to the Orwell customer service experience.
People will be guided through everyday maintenance and pre-ride checks, including tyre pressures, chain care and what to look for when cleaning your motorbike, and then have a question-and-answer session.
Dealer principal Mark Trench said: “We’re looking to have two technicians on hand to show people how to do basic maintenance on their own bikes and then answer questions on day-to-day running and looking after your bike.”
The clothing and accessories department can solve Christmas gift dilemmas with lots of good ideas including MotoGirl and Royal Enfield casual clothing.
To book a place on one of the evening maintenance workshop sessions on Thursday 3 and 10 December, call Laura or Stef on 01473 257401 or email laura@orwell.co.uk with your preferred date.
