The weather has been pretty grim this year. Cold, wet, windy and not ideal for motorcycling.
There will be some riders who’ve not ridden much this year, if at all, because of the weather.
It’s not always because they don’t want to get wet and cold. Modern motorbike clothing is very good at keeping you warm and dry in the worst downpours.
It can be because they don’t want to get their pride and joy wet and dirty.
We can understand that.
So this month we’re doing a couple of special 'in store' deals on products to help you keep your motorbike clean.
Giving a bike a good clean can be time-consuming. We know because we put a lot of time and effort into preparing our used motorbikes to make sure they look their best.
Just like the owners, we would rather see them out riding their motorbikes, regardless of the threat of a rain shower, than spending lots of time cleaning them.
That is why we stock so many quality cleaning products to make the task easier and quicker.
This month we are offering:
Simply rinse the bike thoroughly, spray on Mint Bike Wash, leave for several minutes, use a cleaning brush to ensure even coverage and agitate really dirty areas before rinsing with clean water and wiping dry.
We stock degreasers for tackling really tough grime and protectant sprays to drive out excess water after washing and help stop dirt sticking to the bike between washes.
We can also supply electric Bruhl bike driers to blow water out of all the nooks and crannies. Cold driers start at £129 with warm driers from £149.
You can check out cleaning products on our website.
We’ve also been making our online shop easier to navigate.
General manager Richard Paine said: “Under accessories we have cleaning and maintenance products, with lots of useful items to assist you in the onerous task of cleaning your motorbike.
“What you need is the right tools for the job to clean your motorbike successfully.
“We endeavour to help you out with great value products.”
