For Workshop enquiries, please email workshop@orwell.co.uk. If you have a bike booked in with the workshop, we’ll be in touch to discuss arrangements. We’re sorry but we can’t allow you inside the building, to wait or use any of the facilities, while the work is being carried out.
Please note the new process for dropping your bike off:
- Park your bike in the drop-off area which will be clearly marked outside the front of the showroom
- Post your bike keys and service book through the letter box at the front door
- Call 01473 257401 to confirm what work is being carried out and to clarify the collection procedure
- Payment will be card only and should be made over the phone before the bike is collected
Our online shop continues to operate as normal. All orders will be posted, unless stated otherwise.
