Arai comeback boosts our helmet stock

Looking for a new helmet? We can now offer even more choice with the return of the acclaimed Arai brand to meet customer demand along with even more HJC and Bell helmets.

General manager Richard Paine said: “After a long absence from Orwell Motorcycles, Arai helmets are now back in stock with a whole new range scheduled for next year driven by the latest ECE 22-06 testing regulations.

“Arai has some exciting and stylish helmets coming.”

Arai helmets are made by hand with an outer shell that maintains core strength but is light. The smooth, round shape is a key Arai signature and designed to ‘glance-off’ and spread impact forces.

We are currently stocking two Arai full-face helmets:

  • The Quantic priced at £500 for the plain finish and £600 with graphics
  • The new, state-of-the-art RX-7V Evo racing helmet, flagship of the Arai range, at £700 for the plain finish and £800 with graphics (example 1, 2, 3).

“We now also have an extensive range of HJC helmets for the first-time rider and budget market place,” he said.

HJC helmets are distributed by Oxford Products.

The entry-level C10 full-face helmet is priced from £90 to £120, depending on finish, with the flip-front I90 touring helmet with sun shield at £160 to £180.

Between them is the sportier full-face C70 with flip-down sun visor at £140 to £160.

We’ve also added Bell open-face helmets to our large range of protective headgear.

“Demand through the summer has led us to take on the Bell open-face helmet,” explained Richard. “It’s a great quality product with a fantastic price point for stylish, yet practical, open-face riding.”

The plain finish is £130 with the graphic finish £150.

As a Shoei main dealer we also have an extensive range of the new GT-Air 3 full-face and Neotec 3 flip-front helmets.
