Suzuki’s new Hayabusa hyperbike can now be made lighter and more powerful with smart Akrapovič slip-on silencers.
Owners will have to act quickly though because there’s limited availability of the aftermarket exhausts which are 4kg lighter than the standard exhaust, boost power by 2kW and enhance the Hayabusa’s soundtrack.
The titanium silencers, with laser-etched Akrapovič and Hayabusa logos, have a carbon fibre tip and heat shield.
A pair of exhausts are officially priced £2,876 and come with a three-year warranty when dealer supplied and fitted with a new bike or two years if fitted later.
Other Hayabusa accessories include a pillion seat cowl to complete the iconic silhouette, a stylised seat, heated grips and billet brake and clutch levers.
