We’re really excited to be gearing up for the Copdock Bike Show in September and getting back on the show circuit.
The show makes a welcome return on Sunday 19 September at Trinity Park, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich. Last year’s event was cancelled because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
This is the 29th East Anglian Copdock Bike Show and bikers will welcome its return as it’s become a firm favourite in the motorcycle calendar.
Its importance, to both motorbike fans and ourselves, is highlighted by the fact it’s the only show we currently plan to do this year.
We’ll be taking 15 to 20 motorbikes, bringing together the best and newest models from our three brands.
Suzuki’s line-up will include the new Hayabusa hyperbike, GSX-S1000 naked performance street bike and novice-friendly GSX-S950 which can be restricted for A2 licence holders.
One of the KTM stars will be the 1290 Super Adventure S while Kawasaki’s Ninja 1000SX is a popular choice.
With so many attractive motorbikes, we’re still working out exactly what to display on our stand.
You’ll not be able to ride the motorbikes on our stand but, with the lifting of Covid restrictions, you will be able to sit on them.
Dave Willis, one of our directors, said: “Some of the manufacturers might have the odd 2022 model year motorbike out by then so we might be able to give people a first peak.
“We’re hoping the 2022 models will be out later this year after the delays of last year.”
The all-day event, from 9am to 6pm, will again see a myriad of motorbikes, exciting entertainment and stacks of stalls with something for all the family. Organised by Copdock Classic Motorcycle Club, profits benefit worthwhile charities.
