ADJUSTABILITY

BODYWORK

Low, sharp, and very muscular, it features a ergonomically designed fuel tank, aerodynamic winglets, and a distinctive LED headlight, creating an unmistakably aggressive stance.
LED HEADLIGHT

ENGINE
Powered by the KTM LC8 V-twin engine, the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R combines immense torque with relentless performance and razor-sharp response. With 190 hp, 145 Nm of torque, and a READY TO RACE weight of 200 kg, it delivers an exceptional power-to-weight ratio while meeting EURO 5+ emission standards. RIDE MODES
Configurable with up to four standard ride modes, the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R is ready for total domination, With STREET Mode set as the default, riders have full power, traction control, and limited front wheel lift, with an easy throttle response. In a step-up, SPORT Mode sharpens throttle response and allows for some wheel slip, while RAIN Mode does what it says on the box, providing maximum traction control and reduced power to 130 Hp. Additionally, 1 Custom Mode is available as standard for riders to create their own mode.
TFT DISPLAY
The 8.8" landscape touchscreen TFT dashboard has established a benchmark in the industry. Clarity and functionality are now premium attributes of this control 'hub' and the window for the modes, settings, maintenance and connection with the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R. With improved readability and optimization, it also feature offline map navigation for those riders wishing to navigate to some of the best twisty roads.
TRACK PACK
TRACK Pack unlocks Track Mode, which reconfigures the dashboard to prioritize track-focused information. It also unlocks 5-level adjustable anti-wheelie control, Launch Control, a dedicated Telemetry Screen, adjustable throttle response, adjustable traction control, and two additional customizable Ride Modes, allowing riders to fine-tune the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R in exceptional detail for their riding style and track conditions.
TECH PACK
If TRACK Pack is for riders who value track-focused adjustability and data, then TECH Pack is for those riders who want to extract every ounce of performance from their machine. Including all features from TRACK Pack, TECH Pack adds Motor Slip Regulation (MSR), Quickshifter+, Adaptive Brake Light, and Engine Brake Control, giving riders even greater control when pushing at the limit..
FRAME
The frame uses the engine as a means to increase torsional rigidity, making the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R extremely precise. This allows for an effortless, confidence-inspiring riding position, translating into an ultimately faster ride. This is achieved by maximizing the feedback from the chassis and the front tire. The frame also makes use of thick-diameter tubes with thin walls for optimal stiffness and weight.
FORK
The KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R takes things serious upfront with 48 mm WP APEX Open Cartridge forks taking control. Fully adjustable with compression, rebound and pre-load. The fork boasts a split function setup - compression on the left side and rebound on the right - riders are able to optimize their perfect settings.
REAR SHOCK
The KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R employs the use of a fully adjustable WP APEX Shock on the rear with separate gas and oil reservoirs in piggyback style. Compression can be adjusted with separate high and low-speed adjusters, while a manual preload adjuster can be used without tools. The DCC setting of the shock is also improved to provide a better pressure balance resulting in less compromise between suspension comfort and performance.
WHEELS AND TIRES
The KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R comes fitted as standard with MICHELIN Power GP2 rubber. Thanks to the dual compound technology, these tires provide enhanced grip both on straight-line acceleration and more importantly, at lean-angle. Not only do they promise exceptions to track performance, but they offer outstanding road manners too in both wet and dry conditions.
BRAKES
With all that forward thrust available, coming to a stop requires some serious firepower. Upfront, 4-piston Brembo HyPure monobloc calipers are supported by BREMBO's MCS radial brake master cylinder which allows for variable distance and ratio adjustment. The combination ensures ultimate control and maximum braking performance. The front calipers grip a set of 320 mm floating discs, while the rear makes use of a twin-piston floating caliper paired with a 240 mm disk.
