Can I collect genuine KTM parts in store?
If you need your parts urgently you can choose the collect in store option at the checkout and collect them from our showroom address: 200 Ranelagh Rd, Ipswich IP2 0AQ.
If your parts are in stock, they will be available for collection within 1 hour of placing the order. If your parts need to be ordered from manufacturer stock, they will usually be available around 1-2 weeks after placing the order. We will contact you to confirm when they have arrived at the dealership.
If the part is not in stock with the manufacturer, we will contact you to arrange a refund or discuss alternative options with you.
What is the KTM Genuine Parts returns policy?
If you need to return KTM OEM Parts that you have ordered, we have a 28-day returns policy, providing that the parts are in new condition with the original packaging. Please note that the returns policy only applies to dealership stock items, special order parts are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. The buyer is responsible for the returns postage costs, we recommend that you use a tracked and insured service as we cannot be held responsible for any parts lost or damaged in the post.
