The Bridgestone Battlax BT-023 Motorcycle Tyre has been designed using unique Bridgestone Technology and Research to provide a durable, grippy Touring Tyre, which also performs with sporting ability.

The Bridgestone Battlax BT-023 Motorcycle Tyre has a triple-compound construction, the shoulder of the tyre provides excellent cornering grip, and the centre compound offers linear handling throughout the life of the tyre. The solid construction has been silica-reinforced which offers rich feedback and secure contact feel in all weather conditions and varied temperatures. The Silica Rich Compound also ensures that the tyre provides high grip performance in low temperature conditions at the early stage of riding. The quality construction offers proven durability which increases the mileage and life of the tyre, but also provides the rider with the performance of a sports tyre without compromising on braking and handling performance.

 

It is worth noting that the two compounds used in this tyre, Polymer and Silica, are usually not compatible, however Bridgestone have been able to promote a link between them which has been developed using their own key technology, Nano-Pro Tech which contributes to the improvement of wet performance and longer wear life.

 

The Tyres have an advanced tread pattern with deep grooves, this increases the stability from the tyre whilst again extending the mileage. The tyre has a Mono-Spiral Belt - lightweight and durable cords are wrapped around the circumference to provide a smooth grip feeling. This contributes to a high performance tyre with weight reduction, improvement in grip improvement, rotational stability, high speed performance and excellent damping effect.

 

The BT-023 Tyres provide consistent performance and the perfect balance between high-speed riding cruising and sports riding due to the grip and steering response, but also have good bump absorption and low-noise cruise performance.
