Built upon Alpinestars' industry-leading protective technology, the Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA Airbag System is the latest evolution in the Alpinestars Tech-Air® family. Engineered for ultra-lightweight performance, superior comfort, and an ‘invisible’ fit, the state-of-the-art Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA System provides comprehensive upper body coverage—including the chest, ribs, back, and shoulders—while featuring a PLASMA back protector for the optimal blend of comfort, flexibility, airflow, and rider protection. With a newly developed algorithm supporting three distinct Riding Modes—STREET, OFF-ROAD, and RACE—the Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA is a single-charge deployment Airbag System with a user-replaceable gas canister for continued protection on every ride.
